How our process works
- You choose the figure, make payment through PayPal. We received your order and started producing.
- Production takes around 15 days.
- The prices for the figures do not include shipping costs.
- All figures are produced on demand. As soon as payment is made, the figure is produced.

It will depend on the shipping method. We use Brazil Post Company or DHL
What exactly happens after ordering?
After the order is completed and paid for, the figure is put into production. The painting process is shared via WhatsApp messages

Payment is made automatically via PayPal
We pack our figures with lots of bubble wrap and foam. If the figure arrives damaged, you can send it again as long as you pay for round-trip shipping. We shaved the figure and sent it again.
